How to Register with CBP
Pharmacies
If your pharmacy software allows you to connect to a claim network, you can register with CBP to submit claims electronically. To obtain a provider ID, a pharmacist can fill out the registration form and email it to [email protected]
To immediately acquire a temporary ID, please contact our CBP Help Desk by calling 855-944-9166. It is a quick and easy process and is finalized when EFT information is provided.
Dentists
Dentists are automatically uploaded to the ProHealth system via an upload from the Canadian Dental Association. To finalize the registration, we require the EFT form to be completed which will be automatically submitted to our Help Desk at [email protected]
Important information regarding claim submission:
If you receive a “Date of Birth” error, it could be due to the dependent code not being included. Please ensure that you’re including the dependent ID when submitting via EDI.
Did you know that Dental claims can be emailed to [email protected] if they’re not going through on EDI? We’ll be happy to process them from the email, so long as the COB information is included, where applicable. This means faster service for you and our mutual clients!

Paramedical & Vision providers
We allow direct billing for Paramedical & Vision care providers via our ProHealth system, free of charge. Complete the Registration Form located here which is automatically submitted to [email protected] Your submission will be reviewed and confirmation of registration will be emailed to you at the contact information you provide.

Medical Supply Providers
Direct billing is not available for medical supply providers. Claims must be submitted, along with the signed Assignment of Benefits form to [email protected] for reimbursement.
