Dentists are automatically uploaded to the ProHealth system via an upload from the Canadian Dental Association. To finalize the registration, we require the EFT form to be completed and submitted to our Help Desk at [email protected]

 Important information regarding claim submission:

If you receive a “Date of Birth” error, it could be due to the dependent code not being included.  Please ensure that you’re including the dependent ID when submitting via EDI.

Did you know that Dental claims can be emailed to [email protected] if they’re not going through on EDI?  We’ll be happy to process them from the email, so long as the COB information is included, where applicable.  This means faster service for you and our mutual clients!

Medical Supply Providers

Direct billing is not available for medical supply providers. Claims must be submitted, along with the signed Assignment of Benefits form to [email protected] for reimbursement.
